Merge onto I-285 S and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 12 for US-78 E toward Athens. Continue on US-78 E for approximately 30 miles. Take the exit toward GA-316 E and merge onto GA-316 E. Continue for about 15 miles, then take exit 2 for GA-20 E toward Lawrenceville. Merge onto GA-20 E and follow for about 10 miles. Finally, turn left onto Unnamed Road, and follow the road until you reach the Small Makhuntseti Waterfall.
