Tbilisi Zoo, established in 1927, is the oldest and largest zoo in Georgia. Situated in the Vere River valley, the zoo is home to around 300 species, representing both native Caucasian fauna and animals from around the globe. Visitors can marvel at magnificent white lions, Asian elephants, and a variety of colorful birds and reptiles.The zoo plays a vital role in conservation and education, with informative exhibits highlighting the importance of preserving endangered species.
