If you are in Old Tbilisi, you can reach Mtatsminda Park by walking towards the Funicular Station. Start by heading towards the main street, Rustaveli Avenue. From there, go to the corner where Rustaveli meets Tsinandali Street. Continue up Tsinandali Street until you see the signs for the Funicular.
