  • Funicular

    The most scenic way to reach Mtatsminda Park from Tbilisi center is via the funicular. The lower funicular station is located on Daniel Chonkadze Street. Purchase a Mtatsminda card for 2 GEL at the ticket office and load it with credit. A one-way funicular ride costs 10 GEL. The funicular operates from 9:00 AM to midnight. The ride takes about 8 minutes and offers panoramic views of the city. You can disembark at the Mtatsminda Pantheon stop for a short visit before continuing to the park (requires paying another 3 GEL to continue to the park).

    You can reach Mtatsminda Park by bus from Freedom Square. Take bus #390 to the park; the ride takes approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs 1 GEL. Buses #124 (from Rustaveli Metro Station) and #90 (from Orbeliani Square) also go to Mtatsminda Park. The bus stops near the main entrance on the park's west side.
