Walking
If you are in Vera, start by heading south towards M. Kostava Street. Walk down M. Kostava Street until you reach the intersection with Rustaveli Avenue. Turn left onto Rustaveli Avenue and continue straight. After about 800 meters, you will reach the area of the Old Town. Look for the pedestrian path leading to the Narikala Fortress, which offers a view of the statue. Continue until you reach the statue, located at the top of the hill, near the fortress.

Public Transport - Metro
From Vera, walk to the nearest metro station, which is 'Rustaveli' (approximately a 10-minute walk). Take the metro towards 'Vazha-Pshavela' and travel one stop to 'Avlabari' station. Exit the station and walk towards the river. Cross the bridge and ascend the hill towards the Narikala Fortress where the statue is located. This journey will take around 15 minutes, including walking time.

You can also take a bus from Vera. Look for Bus No. 37 or 70 at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus and travel until the 'Narikala' stop. From there, it’s a short walk uphill to the statue. The bus fare is typically around 0.50 GEL. Ensure you have small change to pay for the fare.
