    From Uplistsikhe, head south on the main road (E117) towards the town of Aspindza. Continue driving for approximately 18 kilometers until you reach the sign for Vardzia, which is well-marked. Turn left onto the road leading to Vardzia. After about 5 kilometers, look for signs directing you to the Vardzia Cavetown Viewpoint. There is a parking area nearby where you can leave your car. Note that there are no fees for parking in this area.

    To reach Vardzia Cavetown Viewpoint from Uplistsikhe using public transportation, begin by taking a minibus (marshrutka) from the Uplistsikhe bus station heading towards Aspindza.
