From Aachen Central Station (Aachen Hbf), take a train towards Liège-Guillemins. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Liège-Guillemins, exit the station and follow the signs for local transport. You can take bus line 1 or 4 towards Liège city center. Get off at 'Place Saint-Lambert' stop.

From the Aachen city center, head to the bus stop at 'Elisenbrunnen'. Take bus line 66 towards 'Liège'. This bus will take you directly to Liège. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at the 'Liège Palais' stop. From there, walk towards Quai Edouard Van Beneden for about 10 minutes to reach the Aquarium-Museum of Liège.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the city’s bike-sharing services. Start from Aachen city center and follow the bike route towards the border to Belgium, which will lead you to Liège. The distance is about 25 kilometers, and it should take you around 1-1.5 hours to reach the aquarium. Once you arrive in Liège, head towards Quai Edouard Van Beneden where the aquarium is located.

While walking is not the most practical option due to the distance, if you are up for an adventure, you can walk to the train station, take a train to Liège, and then walk from the train station to the aquarium.
