  • Walking

    From Aachen's central train station (Aachen Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head south on Wilhelmsallee towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Theaterstraße. Turn right onto Theaterstraße and walk until you reach the intersection with Adalbertstraße. Turn left onto Adalbertstraße and continue walking until you reach the 'Kaiserplatz' square. From Kaiserplatz, take the street leading to the left, which is called 'Dammstraße'. Follow Dammstraße until you see the large cathedral (Aachener Dom) on your right. Walk around the cathedral and continue straight until you reach the main road, where you will find bus stops. Take bus line 1 or 3 towards 'Monschau' and get off at 'Maastricht' stop. From there, you can walk to Helpoort, which is approximately a 10-minute walk south along Sint Bernardusstraat towards the address Sint Bernardusstraat 24b, 6211 HL Maastricht.
