Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Aachen's main square (Marktplatz), head southwest towards the corner of the square. Take a right onto the Pontstraße. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the Jülicher Straße. Cross over to the other side and continue straight on Jülicher Straße. After about 300 meters, turn left into the Alter Posthof street. You will see the entrance to Alter Posthof on your right.

From Aachen Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus line 11 towards 'Brand' or line 33 towards 'Trierstraße'. Get off at the 'Kaiserplatz' stop after approximately 5 minutes. From there, walk towards the Pontstraße and continue as described in the walking directions: turn right onto Pontstraße, then left on Jülicher Straße, and finally left into Alter Posthof street. Alter Posthof will be on your right.

If coming from the Aachen Cathedral, exit the cathedral and walk towards the Marktplatz. From there, follow the directions provided for walking from the main square, heading southwest onto Pontstraße and then following the rest of the steps to reach Alter Posthof.
