After approximately 5 minutes, get off at the 'Stadtgarten' bus stop. Once you exit the bus, the Kongreßdenkmal is just a short walk away within the Stadtgarten, located at Passstraße 29.

If you're starting from the city center (Markt), walk towards the Dom (Cathedral). From the Dom, head northwest towards the intersection of Pontstraße and Passstraße.
