If you are starting from the Aachen Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus line 3 or 13 from the bus stop 'Aachen Hauptbahnhof' towards 'Aachen, Burtscheid, St. Martin' and get off at 'Aachen, Markt'. From the bus stop, walk towards the Aachen Cathedral, which is about a 5-minute walk. Upon reaching the cathedral, head into the Domhof square to find the Throne of Charlemagne located inside the Palatine Chapel.
