Getting There

    If you're traveling by car, head to the A14 highway and take the exit towards Bregenz. Follow signs for Bregenz and then continue towards Lochau. Once in Lochau, follow the signs for Pfänder. The Alpenwildpark Pfänder is located at Pfänder 4, 6911 Lochau, Austria. There is parking available near the entrance, but please be aware that parking fees may apply.

    For public transportation, take a train to Bregenz. From Bregenz, you can catch the bus number 5 heading towards Lochau. Get off at the stop 'Lochau Pfänder' which is near the entrance to the Alpenwildpark. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Make sure to check the local bus schedules as they may vary. A single ticket costs around €2.50.

  • Cable Car

    Alternatively, after reaching Bregenz by train, you can take the Pfänderbahn cable car to reach the Alpenwildpark Pfänder. The cable car station is a short walk from the Bregenz train station.
