From Wittenberge Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and turn left, walking past the main station building. Follow the pathway alongside the wall for approximately 300 meters until you reach the 'Wm' signal box. Pass the signal box on the left, and after another 50 meters, you'll arrive at the former gatekeeper's building and the entrance to the Historischer Lokschuppen. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes and is free of charge.

From anywhere in Wittenberge, navigate towards the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From the station building, follow Goethestraße in a southerly direction for about 300 meters until you see the 'Wm' signal box. Parking is available on the former loading street (Ladestraße) at the corner of Goethestraße and Bahnstraße, or on Am Bahnhof street. Be aware of parking restriction zones near the signal box and the entrance to the Lokschuppen grounds. Parking costs are approximately €1-2 per hour.
