From the Bernburg train station, walk north along Bahnhofstraße, then turn left onto Krumbholzallee. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The zoo entrance will be on your left. The walk takes about 20 minutes.

From the Bernburg train station, take bus line 220 towards Neuborna. Get off at the 'Tiergarten' stop directly in front of the zoo. A single ticket costs approximately €2.50.
