    From Quedlinburg's Market Square, head east towards the Schlossberg. The walk is uphill and takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Pass through the cobblestone streets of the Old Town, eventually ascending the Pastor's staircase (66 steps) to reach the castle entrance. Note that this staircase is the only access point during the museum's renovation. Consider a stretcher for small children instead of a stroller.

    From Quedlinburg Train Station, take Bus line 233 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Pölkenstraße' stop, which is close to the Market Square. From there, follow the walking directions to the Schlossberg. A single bus fare costs approximately €2-3.

    A taxi from Quedlinburg Train Station to the Schlossmuseum takes about 5 minutes and costs approximately €8-€10. Alternatively, from the city center, a short taxi ride to the base of Schlossberg will cost around €5-€7.
