If you are driving, head towards Halle (Saale). From the center of Halle, take the B80 road heading north. Merge onto Seebener Str. and continue straight for about 2 km. Giebichenstein Castle will be on your left at Seebener Str. 1, 06114 Halle (Saale). There is parking available near the castle, but please check local signage for any parking fees.
Public Transportation
To reach Giebichenstein Castle via public transportation, take the tram line 1 or 2 from Halle Hauptbahnhof (Halle Main Train Station) towards Giebichenstein. The ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Giebichenstein stop, and you will find the castle a short walk away. Follow the signs toward Seebener Str., and you will arrive at the castle entrance. A single ticket costs around €2.50.
