Car

If traveling by car to Neuschwanstein Castle, take the A7 highway towards Füssen. Exit the highway at the exit for Füssen and follow the signs for Neuschwanstein Castle. There are parking lots available at the base of the castle, from where you can either hike up or take a shuttle bus to the entrance.

Public Transportation

From Munich, take a train to Füssen. From Füssen, you can either take a bus or a taxi to Neuschwanstein Castle. The bus stop is located near the train station in Füssen and the journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly to the castle entrance.
