Beautiful atmosphere, our group wasn’t too big, Sabine was a spectacular guide, the castle tours were fun but shorter than I expected, lunch was delicious, wish there was slightly more time after both castle tours to look at the souvenir shops.

Our day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle was one of the highlights of our visit to Germany. The castle is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and breathtaking views. Everything was well organized, making the day enjoyable and stress-free. A special thank you to our tour guide (Felicia) who was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history and stories behind the castle and the surrounding area. Their enthusiasm and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to recognize our bus driver for providing a safe, comfortable, and smooth journey throughout the day. Their professionalism and excellent driving allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the trip. Overall, this was a fantastic excursion with great service from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich and looking to experience the beauty and history of Neuschwanstein Castle.

Our tour guide Tyler was incredibly informative and gave us a lot of context of the castle and King Ludwig II. Highly recommend this tour. Our only issue was that we would have liked an extra hour at the castle but due to the days being short its understandable since we got back to Munich at around sunset. Overall, we highly recommend this tour especially to those who aren't staying at Munich for very long.
