From Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take the S7 S-Bahn train towards Potsdam. Ride for about 25 minutes and get off at Wannsee station. Once you exit the station, head southwest on An der Rehwiese. Continue straight until you reach Am Großen Wannsee, then turn left. The House of the Wannsee Conference will be on your right at number 56-58.
Public Transport

If you are at Alexanderplatz, take the U2 subway line towards Ruhleben. Change at Zoologischer Garten to the S5, S7, or S75 trains towards Wannsee. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Wannsee station. Follow the same route: exit the station, head southwest on An der Rehwiese, and take a left onto Am Großen Wannsee to reach your destination.
Public Transport

From the Brandenburg Gate, walk to the Unter den Linden tram stop and take tram M5 towards Hohenschönhausen. Change at Alexanderplatz to the U2 subway towards Ruhleben, then switch at Zoologischer Garten to the S-Bahn (S5, S7, S75) towards Wannsee. Get off at Wannsee station and follow the directions as mentioned above.

If you are near the city center, you can take the bus 114 from S+U Zoologischer Garten towards S+U Wannsee. Get off at the Wannsee station. From there, walk southwest on An der Rehwiese and turn left onto Am Großen Wannsee. The House of the Wannsee Conference will be on your right.
