You can take the bus line 147 from Potsdamer Platz. Board the bus and travel towards 'Reichstag/Bundestag'. Get off at the 'Reichstag/Bundestag' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the Spree River and head to Reichstagufer 17. The Tränenpalast will be on your left.

If you're nearby, for instance at Brandenburg Gate, you can walk to the Tränenpalast. Head south on Ebertstraße towards the Reichstag building. Continue walking straight until you reach the Spree River. Turn left and follow the riverbank until you see Reichstagufer. The Tränenpalast is located at number 17.
