    If you are near an U-Bahn station, take the U6 line towards Alt-Mariendorf. Change at Friedrichstraße station to the S-Bahn. From Friedrichstraße, take the S3, S5, S7, or S9 towards Spandau or Westkreuz. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Unter den Linden'. From there, it's a short walk to the German Historical Museum. Head east on Unter den Linden for about 5 minutes until you reach the museum at Unter den Linden 2.
