Berlin Third Reich Walking Tour
Very worthwhile - 5 Stars
On a very wet, windy Friday with hail as well, I joined a walking tour of Jewish Berlin with two others and our Guide Nir. It was a fascinating tour and Nir being so knowledgeable, personable and inclusive made the tour really enjoyable despite the dreadful weather. In fact the three of us rearranged our Saturday so we could be with Nir again on a walking tour of the Third Reich. This was a large group and we saw amongst other things, the Holocaust memorial, Hitler’s bunker, some of the old Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie. Despite the size of the group Nir managed to involve everyone in the conversations, to keep everyone interested and to keep us all together. Congratulations to Sandemans for having such a great tour guide and for providing such interesting tours.

Tour of Berlin with children
It was my fourth time in Berlin but a first for my 12-year-old daughter (who was very excited to meet Berlin) and my 7-year-old son. We had only 3 days to see the city, and so many things to see, we decided to start by taking a tour. We were very lucky to do the guided tour in Spanish with David Sánchez Calvo and it was great! We really enjoy his love for history, for the city and for art. Thank you very much David for showing us Berlin, thank you for your dedication, motivation and for everything you have contributed. Thank you also for your patience (especially with Llorenç ;) it was lovely to meet you!! ) You're a charming person, quite a professional and totally committed to what you do. Thank you for all your recommendations. We recommend you to do the tour with it, we will definitely repeat. ;) Enjoy Berlin!!!
