Once you reach the station, continue straight onto the street called 'Bahnhofsvorplatz'. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with 'Schildergasse'. Turn left onto Schildergasse and walk straight. The Antoniterkirche will be on your right at Schildergasse 57.
