Public Transport - Tram
From Cologne, head to the nearest tram station, which is likely 'Neumarkt'. Take tram line 18 towards 'Bonn' and stay on the tram for about 30 minutes. When you arrive in Bonn, disembark at the 'Heussallee/Museumsmeile' stop. From there, walk straight down 'Heussallee' for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Helmut-Kohl-Allee'. Turn left onto 'Helmut-Kohl-Allee' and the Art Museum will be on your right.
Public Transport - Train
Make your way to Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof). Purchase a ticket to Bonn and board a regional train (RB or RE) heading towards Bonn. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Bonn Central Station (Bonn Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head to the bus stop in front of the station. Take bus line 610 towards 'Bad Godesberg' and get off at the 'Heussallee/Museumsmeile' stop. Walk straight down 'Heussallee' for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Helmut-Kohl-Allee'. Turn left onto 'Helmut-Kohl-Allee', and the Art Museum will be on your right.

If you are in Bonn and prefer to walk, start from Bonn Central Station (Bonn Hauptbahnhof). Head southwest on 'Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz' towards 'Am Hauptbahnhof'. Continue on 'Am Hauptbahnhof' until you reach 'Heussallee'. Turn left and walk straight down 'Heussallee' for about 15-20 minutes. When you reach 'Helmut-Kohl-Allee', turn left, and the Art Museum will be on your right.
