If you're starting from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take the U-Bahn line 16 or 18 from the station towards 'Königsforst' or 'Bonn, Hauptbahnhof'. Get off at the stop 'Heumarkt'. From Heumarkt, follow the signs to the exit that leads you to 'Schokoladenmuseum' (Chocolate Museum). Once you exit the station, walk towards the river Rhine. You should see the Köln Triangle on your right, located at Ottopl. 1. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Heumarkt station.

From the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), head southeast towards the Rhine River. Once you reach the riverbank, turn left and walk along the riverside promenade. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the Köln Triangle, which will be on your left at Ottopl. 1. The iconic building is hard to miss, and you can enjoy the beautiful views of the river along the way.

If you are near the Neumarkt area, you can take bus line 142 towards 'Bonn, Hauptbahnhof'. Get off at the stop 'Rheinauhafen'. From there, walk towards the river and head towards Ottopl. 1. It’s a short 5-minute walk, and you’ll see the Köln Triangle directly in front of you as you approach the river.
