From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take the S-Bahn line S7 towards Solingen. This train runs frequently, so you should not have to wait long. Stay on the train for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Solingen Grünewald station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head southeast on Grünewaldstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lützowstraße, then turn left. Fauna Zoo is located at Lützowstraße 347, just a short walk from the station.

If you are closer to the Cologne Deutz area, you can take tram line 1 towards Bensberg from Deutz/Kölner Messe. Get off at the stop 'Bensberg' after about 15 minutes. From there, transfer to bus line 726 towards Solingen. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop 'Lützowstraße'. Fauna Zoo will be a short walk from there at Lützowstraße 347.
