Once you arrive at Düsseldorf Central Station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and follow the signs for the tram. You can take tram line 701 or 705 from the station.

From Düsseldorf Central Station, board tram line 701 or 705 in the direction of 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee' or 'Düsseldorf Hbf'. Get off at the 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee' stop. From there, walk towards the Burgplatz, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the Rhine River, and you will see the Burgplatz area ahead.

From Düsseldorf Central Station, you can also take bus line 725 towards 'Düsseldorf, Burgplatz'. The bus ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes. Get off at the 'Burgplatz' stop, and the KD Ticket Office will be right at the promenade.
