From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take the regional train RB or RE heading towards Bonn. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Bonn Central Station (Bonn Hauptbahnhof). Once you arrive at Bonn Central Station, exit the station and head to the left towards Windeckstraße. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Colmantstraße. The LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn will be on your left at Colmantstraße 14-16.
Bus
From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take bus number 106 towards Bonn. The bus ride will take around 40 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Colmantstraße'. After you disembark, walk a short distance along Colmantstraße, and you will find the LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn located at number 14-16.
Tram
From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 18 towards Bonn. The tram ride will take about 35 minutes. Get off at the 'Bonn Sünkelstraße' stop. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the museum. Head north on Sünkelstraße, turn right onto Colmantstraße, and continue until you reach LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn at 14-16.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Cologne. Start from the city center and take the cycle path that leads towards Bonn. The distance is about 30 kilometers and should take around 1.5 hours. Follow the signs for the cycling route to Bonn. Once you reach Bonn, navigate to Colmantstraße, where the LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn is located at number 14-16.
