If you are near the Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 1 or 9 towards 'Bayerwerk' or 'Sülz'. Get off at 'Heumarkt' station. From Heumarkt, walk straight for about 5 minutes towards the Rhine River. You will see the Museum Ludwig on your left at Heinrich-Böll-Platz.
