If you are already in Altstadt, you can easily reach Kronentor by walking. Start at the famous Frauenkirche, which is a central landmark in Altstadt. From Frauenkirche, head east on Neumarkt towards the Elbe River. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ostra-Allee. Turn left onto Ostra-Allee, and you will see Kronentor ahead at Ostra-Allee 9. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

For those who prefer to take public transport, you can catch tram line 3 or 8 from the nearest tram stop, which is 'Postplatz'.
