Public Transport - Tram
If you are in the city center, head to the nearest tram stop, which is likely to be 'Postplatz' or 'Altmarkt'. From either of these stops, take tram line 4 (in the direction of 'Tolkewitz') or tram line 9 (in the direction of 'Pieschen') and get off at 'Wilsdruffer Str./Landtag' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the direction of the flags that are visible ahead; Flaggen am Sächsischen Landtag is located in Wilsdruffer Vorstadt, which is just a short walk from the tram stop.
Walking
If you are already near the Semperoper or Zwinger Palace, exit towards 'Theaterplatz'. Walk straight along 'Wilsdruffer Strasse' for about 15 minutes. The site is prominently located and hard to miss.
