If you are in the historic Altstadt area, find the nearest tram stop. Take tram line 3, 7, or 8 towards 'Cossebaude' or 'Weixdorf' and get off at the 'Stadtmuseum' stop. From there, walk south on 'Grüner Weg' for approximately 10 minutes until you reach 'Messering 6'. The venue for Dresden Harley Days will be on your left.
