Getting There

  • Tram

    If you are starting from the city center (e.g., Altmarkt or Prager Strasse), take tram line 12 towards 'Plauen' and get off at the stop 'Blasewitz, Schillerplatz'. This ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Schillerplatz, transfer to bus line 61 towards 'Pillnitz, Schloss' and get off after 5 stops at 'Loschwitz, Schwebebahn'. From the bus stop, walk approximately 5 minutes to reach the Dresden Suspension Railway located at Pillnitzer Landstraße 5.

  • Bus

    From the main train station (Dresden Hauptbahnhof), take bus line 63 towards 'Loschwitz, Schwebebahn'. The bus journey will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Loschwitz, Schwebebahn', which is located right next to the entrance of the Dresden Suspension Railway. Make sure to check the bus schedule for exact departure times.
