Public Transport
From Dresden city center, head to the 'Dresden, Hauptbahnhof' (main train station). Take the S-Bahn (S1) from the station towards 'Schöna'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Radebeul, Bahnhof'. From there, transfer to bus number 400 towards 'Moritzburg, Schloß'. This bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Moritzburg, Schloss'. Moritzburg Castle (Schloß Moritzburg) is just a short walk from the bus stop, following the signs.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Dresden. Simply provide the driver with the address: 'Schloßallee 1, 01468 Moritzburg'. The journey will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike in Dresden. Start at the city center and head towards 'Elberadweg' (Elbe Cycle Path). Follow the path along the Elbe River until you reach 'Moritzburg'. The ride is approximately 12 kilometers and should take about 45-60 minutes. Once in Moritzburg, follow the signs to the castle located at Schloßallee 1.
