Stiftsplatz is located directly in front of the church. From the Burgplatz (Castle Square) on the Rhine, walk inland, away from the river, along Lambertusstrasse. You'll find Stiftsplatz on your right, just before you reach St. Lambertus Church.

The closest major public transport hub is Heinrich-Heine-Allee. From there, Stiftsplatz is a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take tram lines 701 or 703 to the Heinrich-Heine-Allee stop. From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take any S-Bahn or U-Bahn line to Heinrich-Heine-Allee, then follow the walking directions. A short-trip ticket (Kurzstrecke) is sufficient for travel within the city center, costing approximately €1.70.
