From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take tram line 706 towards 'Kaarst' or line 704 towards 'Mörsenbroich'. Get off at the 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee' stop. From there, walk straight down the Heinrich-Heine-Allee street until you reach the intersection with Schulstraße. Turn right onto Schulstraße, and the Filmmuseum Düsseldorf will be on your left at number 4.
