Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the famous Königsallee (Kö). Walk towards the direction of the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will come to the entrance of Hofgarten park, which is on your left. Look for the large green space with trees and pathways.
Tram
From the central station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof), take tram line U74, U75, U76, or U77. Get off at the stop 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee'. From there, walk straight down Heinrich-Heine-Allee for about 5 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Hofgarten on your right.
Bus
If you are near the city center, you can catch bus line 780 from the 'Burgplatz' stop. Ride the bus for 3 stops and get off at 'Königsallee'. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Hofgarten. Head down the boulevard towards the park; the entrance will be on your left.
