Public Transport

If you are starting from Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U-Bahn line U74 or U76 towards 'Krefeld' or 'Mörsenbroich'. After 4 stops, alight at 'Düsseldorf-Eller'. From there, transfer to bus line 730 towards 'Wertener Str.' and get off at the stop 'Südpark'. The park entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop.

Public Transport

If you are in the Altstadt (Old Town), walk to the nearest U-Bahn station 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee'. Take the U-Bahn line U70 towards 'Duisburg' and change at 'Düsseldorf-Eller'. From there, take bus line 730 towards 'Wertener Str.' and disembark at 'Südpark'. The park is easily accessible from the bus stop.

Walking

If you are staying near the Rhine River promenade, walk towards the Oberkasseler Brücke (bridge) and cross it. Once on the other side, follow the signs towards 'Düsseldorf-Eller'. After about a 30-minute walk, you will reach the entrance to Südpark located on Werstener Str. Take in the scenic views along the way!

Bicycle

For those cycling, rent a bike and follow the bike lanes along the Rhine River towards the south. Continue on the bike path towards 'Kaiserstraße' and then follow the signs towards the park. The ride takes approximately 25 minutes and offers a pleasant view of the river and surrounding areas.
