Walking
If you're starting from the Erfurt Cathedral (Dom St. Marien), head south on Domstraße towards Michaelisstraße. Turn right onto Michaelisstraße and continue until you reach the intersection with Juri-Gagarin-Ring. Turn left onto Juri-Gagarin-Ring and walk straight for about 10 minutes. Skulptur will be on your right at Juri-Gagarin-Ring 41.

From Erfurt main train station (Erfurt Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 2 towards Pöppelsdorf. Get off at the stop 'Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße'. From there, walk north on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße until you reach Juri-Gagarin-Ring, then turn left. Continue walking for about 5 minutes and you will see Skulptur at Juri-Gagarin-Ring 41 on your left.
