From Essen Central Station (Essen Hauptbahnhof), take the S-Bahn (S1) towards Dortmund. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Get off at Dortmund Hbf (Main Station). From there, transfer to the U-Bahn (U45) towards Hörde. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Phoenixplatz' station, which is just a short walk from your destination.

If you prefer to take the bus, from Essen Central Station, take bus line 145 towards Dortmund. This will take approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Phoenixplatz' stop. The entrance to Phoenix des Lumières will be directly in front of you, just a short walk away.

It's approximately a 12 km ride, which will take around 45 minutes. Once you reach Dortmund, follow the signs towards Hörde and locate Phoenixplatz 4.
