Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    From Essen city center, walk to the 'Essen Hauptbahnhof' (Main Train Station). Once there, take Tram Line 107 towards 'Dortmund Hbf'. After around 20 minutes, get off at the 'Rombergpark' stop. From the tram stop, walk a short distance to the entrance of Rombergpark Botanical Garden, which is clearly marked. The total journey should take approximately 30-35 minutes.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    Start at the 'Essen Steele' bus station. Board Bus Line 150 towards 'Dortmund Hbf'. After about 25 minutes, disembark at the 'Rombergpark' bus stop. Follow the pedestrian path from the bus stop to the entrance of Rombergpark Botanical Garden. This route will take roughly 30-40 minutes in total.
