From the station, it's a 10-minute walk to Schloss Benrath. Head southwest on Benrather Allee, continue straight until you reach Benrather Schloßallee. Turn right and walk for approximately 300 meters until you see the castle on your left.

From Essen Hauptbahnhof, take the RE1 or RE6 regional train towards 'Düsseldorf' and get off at 'Düsseldorf Hbf' (main station).
