Getting There

  • Train

    From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a regional train (RE or S-Bahn) towards Mainz. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Mainz Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the exit.

  • Walking

    After exiting Mainz Hauptbahnhof, turn left onto Am Schinnergraben. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, following the signs towards the city center. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the center, you will see the St. Stephen's Church (Stephanskirche) on your left.

  • Walking

    Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Breidenbacherstraße. Turn right onto Breidenbacherstraße, and then take the first left onto Schillerstraße. Follow Schillerstraße until you reach Liebfrauenplatz, where the Gutenberg Museum is located. The museum entrance will be on your right at Liebfrauenpl. 5.
