If you're in Freiburg, head to the nearest tram station, which could be either 'Freiburg Hauptbahnhof' or 'Rathaus'. Take Tram line 2 towards 'Zähringerstraße'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Freiburg, Stadtgarten'. From there, transfer to Tram line 5 towards 'Bahnhof'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Bahnhof'. This will take you to the central area of Freiburg, where you can catch a train to Colmar. Trains to Colmar run frequently from Freiburg Hauptbahnhof. Once you arrive at Colmar station, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Collégiale Saint-Martin. Exit the station, walk straight down Rue de la Gare, turn left onto Rue des Écoles, and follow the signs towards the Cathedral, which is hard to miss.

From Freiburg, go to Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). Purchase a ticket to Colmar (France). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Walk straight along Rue de la Gare, and when you reach the intersection, turn left onto Rue des Écoles.
