    Train

    From Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a train to Colmar. Trains to Colmar run regularly, so check the schedule on the Deutsche Bahn website or at the station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Colmar station, exit the station and head towards the city center, following the signs for 'Centre Ville' which will guide you towards the heart of Colmar.

    Bus

    From Freiburg, take the bus line 720 to Colmar. The bus departs from the ZOB (central bus station) located next to Freiburg Hauptbahnhof. The journey will take about 40-50 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Colmar bus station, exit and walk towards Rue des Marchands, which is about a 10-minute walk.

    If you are already in Colmar, you can walk to Musée Bartholdi from the city center. Start from the Place de la Cathédrale (the Cathedral square), head southeast on Rue des Marchands for about 500 meters. The museum will be on your left at number 30 Rue des Marchands.
