You can reach this by walking along the Hauptbahnhof (main station) and taking the exit towards Hildesheimer Straße. From the central area in Mitte, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is likely 'Kröpcke'. Take tram line 10 heading towards 'Wettbergen'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Hildesheimer Str./Münsterstraße' tram stop. Once you exit the tram, head east on Hildesheimer Straße for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Döhrener Turm on your left. Please note that a single ticket for the tram costs approximately €2.80.
