Getting There

Car

If you're driving from central Harz, head towards B242. Follow the B242 for approximately 20 km until you reach the junction with L515. Turn left onto L515 and continue for about 5 km. Follow the signs for Sankt Andreasberg, and as you enter the town, turn right onto Erzwäsche. The Sankt Andreasberg National Park Center will be on your right at Erzwäsche 1. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that there may be parking fees.
Public Transportation

To get to Sankt Andreasberg using public transport, first find your way to the nearest train station, such as in Wernigerode or Goslar. From there, take a regional train towards Sankt Andreasberg (make sure to check the schedule as not all trains may go directly). After arriving at the Sankt Andreasberg station, you can take bus line 820 towards Erzwäsche. Get off at the Erzwäsche stop, and the National Park Center will be a short walk from there. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as they may vary.
