From Quedlinburg's train station (Bahnhof), the Marktplatz is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Exit the station and follow Bahnhofsplatz, which turns into Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight, crossing the Steinbrücke bridge over the Bode river. Turn left onto Lange Straße, then right onto Marktstraße. The Marktplatz will be directly ahead. The walk is mostly flat, though some cobblestones exist in the immediate Marktplatz area. Alternatively, from the bus station, walk along Bahnhofstraße and follow the directions as above.
