Driving
From Wernigerode, head southeast on Breite Straße/B244 towards the L96. Continue on B244 for about 10 km until you reach the intersection with L96. Turn left onto L96 and follow it for approximately 15 km. Look for signs for Titan RT, located near Rappbodetalsperre. Parking is available at the designated parking area. Parking fees apply, with rates varying depending on the duration of your stay; expect to pay around €2-5 for up to 3 hours.
Public Transport
From Wernigerode, take a train to Elbingerode (Harz). The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes and costs around €5. From Elbingerode, take bus line 200 towards Rübeland and get off at the 'Rappbodetalsperre' stop. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes and costs around €2. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the Titan RT visitor center.
Walking
If you are already at Rappbodetalsperre, Titan RT is within a short walking distance. From the parking area, head east towards the suspension bridge. Follow the path that leads directly to Titan RT, and you will reach the entrance in about 5 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the walk! Note that there is an entrance fee of €7.50 for adults to walk on the bridge.
