Walking
If you are starting from the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and head northwest towards the main road (B3). Turn left onto B3 and walk straight until you reach the pedestrian bridge over the river Neckar. Cross the bridge, and continue straight into the historic Old Town (Altstadt). Once in the Old Town, follow the Hauptstraße, which is the main shopping street, until you reach the Marktplatz. From the Marktplatz, look for signs towards the Heidelberg Castle (Schloss Heidelberg). You will need to walk uphill towards the castle, following the signs. Once you reach the castle, the German Pharmacy Museum is located within the castle grounds at Schlosshof 1.
