Getting There

    If you are in the city center of Heidelberg, start at Bismarckplatz. From Bismarckplatz, walk towards the main street, Hauptstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Philosophenweg. Turn left onto Philosophenweg and follow the path until you reach the bridge over the Neckar River. Cross the bridge and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for the Botanical Garden. The garden entrance is located at Im Neuenheimer Feld 361, which is a short walk from the bridge.

    From Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus number 33 towards 'Neuenheim'. Get off at the stop 'Botanischer Garten'. The garden is just a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs to the entrance located at Im Neuenheimer Feld 361.
